Below are brief résumés of our chief executives, who make it their business to assure the high standards of quality and service at Vértice.
Anderson Mascouto
Holds a degree in Accounting and a post-graduate certificate in Financial Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
Since the start of his career in consultancy and auditing in 1990, he has held the post of Manager at Arthur Andersen, Rio de Janeiro, and Financial Controller of the BFFC fast food chain.
Specialized in auditing of financial statements and international accounting, he has taken part in a number of courses in the area in Brazil and abroad, both as participant and as instructor. He has also taught Managerial Accounting and Balance Sheet Analysis at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
Marco Antônio Velozo
Holds a degree in Economics and Accounting and an MBA in Corporate Finance from IBMEC.
He started his career in consultancy and auditing in 1989, and has also taught Managerial Accounting and Balance Sheet Analysis at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
Specialized in manufacturing and entertainment companies, he has taken part in a number of courses in the area in Brazil and abroad, both as participant and as instructor. Before Vértice, he held the post of Auditing Manager at Arthur Andersen, Rio de Janeiro.
Rodrigo Andrade
Holds a degree in Economics and Accounting Sciences, with a Master’s degree in Auditing from URJC in Madrid.
Since 2005, I have been working in the areas of consulting and auditing, serving as a financial manager for two years at the Swiss technological consulting firm, Amaris.
Specialized in valuation techniques, accounting auditing, and international accounting.
